Custom & Personalized Items
All products are custom made to order. Because of personalization, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Customer-Provided Text & Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, text, and placement details are entered correctly. Bristlecone Supply Co is not responsible for errors submitted at checkout.

Artwork & Logos
If artwork or logos are required, we will provide instructions after checkout. Orders may be delayed if files are not provided promptly or require clarification.

Production Time
Production times vary by product and order volume. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

Shipping
Free shipping is available within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

Returns & Refunds
Refunds or replacements are only offered for items damaged during transit or defective due to our error.

Limitation of Liability
Bristlecone Supply Co is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to product use or shipping delays.
